I have spent over 20 years of my life battling my own body and struggling to find a healthy balance within food & exercise. I’m a fitness professional, turned nutrition fanatic on a pursuit to spread knowledge and guidance to anyone and everyone who is ready to take control of their lives & bodies. I live in Santa Monica, CA with my boyfriend JT and goldendoodle Zeus, and I can’t wait to get to know you.

My whole life I struggled with my weight. I grew up in an extremely active & fit family and although I too played sports, I was always considered overweight and had a great deal of pressure placed upon me to lose it. It wasn’t until my early 20’s when I decided to make a change; this change was made for myself and by myself. I have lost over 80lbs and I’ve tried pretty much every “diet” in the book. It wasn’t until I started tracking macros and learning the importance behind fueling my body, did I find long lasting success.

I truly believe that everyone has the power to achieve whatever they set their mind to and I look forward to being your coach, personal cheerleader, and most importantly, friend.

Flex: Non-macro focused approach to nutrition. We focus on building healthy habits and working on overall relationship with food.

Focus: This program is meant for the individual who is ready to commit to a three month minimum coaching experience. We will use weekly target macros to reach specific goals and client will be tracking macros daily.
Pricing: $600/month for 3 months
