Welcome to UNCOMMON Strength. We’ve built this 6 week scientific based program to help you not just look good with new lean muscle but FEEL good too. Over the next 6 weeks you will be adhering to the principle called “ progressive overload”. This means to get the best results, we want to slightly increase the intensity week to week. When you see that there are less reps on a movement than the previous week, that is your cue to push yourself with good form and try to go a little heavier. INTENSITY + EFFORT = RESULTS. This ensures we are getting stronger as we go and changes in your mind & body can occur.
